Digital Asset Investment Banking

As a Digital Asset Investment Banking professional at Orbix Holdings Company, you drive the adoption of asset tokenization and Initial Coin Offerings as alternative fundraising channels. You conduct deep financial and regulatory analysis, structure tokenized offerings, and manage the entire lifecycle from issuer outreach through token launch and SEC filing.

What you'll do

• Market and pitch asset tokenization and ICO processes to potential issuers as an alternative fundraising channel
• Perform in-depth financial analysis of projects and assets proposed as token underlying value, including market and business trend analysis to project growth potential and expected returns
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential ICO issuers, including company analysis, financial analysis, and regulatory feasibility testing to confirm eligibility under SEC regulations
• Structure the legal vehicle for the token, such as a trust or SPV, and coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to address key considerations
• Prepare term sheets, valuations, and design the investment return mechanism of the token
• Handle SEC filings for ICOs by collecting required information and financial data from issuers and coordinating with legal advisors to prepare disclosure documents
• Lead sales and marketing efforts during pre-launch and token offering periods, liaising with multiple sale channels and partners and conducting roadshows to gauge market demand and ensure successful token sale launches

What you bring

• Experience in investment banking, IPOs, debt issuance, financial advisory, investment product structuring, business consulting, or accounting and audit
• Strong interest in and demonstrated knowledge of the digital asset, blockchain, and asset tokenization industry
• Willingness to work in a new regulatory and start-up environment and commitment to building digital asset infrastructure in Thailand
• Fluency in digital asset laws and regulations
