As a Digital Asset Portfolio Strategy Specialist at CryptoMondays Lisbon, you support digital asset research, portfolio analysis, investment strategy, and market intelligence across the evolving Web3 ecosystem. You evaluate digital assets, blockchain projects, and market trends, developing portfolio insights and translating research into strategic analysis for investors, founders, and Web3 ecosystem participants.

What you'll do

• Research cryptocurrencies, digital assets, blockchain protocols, and emerging Web3 investment opportunities
• Analyze token fundamentals, tokenomics, liquidity, adoption, market structure, and ecosystem growth
• Develop portfolio strategy frameworks covering asset allocation, diversification, and risk management
• Monitor digital asset markets, portfolio exposure, volatility, performance, and major market catalysts
• Evaluate investment opportunities across DeFi, Layer 1, Layer 2, infrastructure, tokenization, AI, and other emerging sectors
• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on digital assets and blockchain projects
• Track on-chain activity, liquidity movements, token distributions, protocol growth, and ecosystem metrics
• Identify emerging investment themes and opportunities across global Web3 markets
• Prepare portfolio research, market briefings, investment reports, and strategic presentations
• Support portfolio construction, rebalancing analysis, and opportunity assessment
• Monitor developments in venture capital, digital asset funds, institutional adoption, and Web3 capital markets
• Collaborate with founders, investors, researchers, and ecosystem partners across the CryptoMondays network
• Contribute investment-focused insights to educational, networking, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, investment research, asset management, venture capital, financial analysis, trading, or a related field
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain markets
• Knowledge of digital asset portfolio construction, asset allocation, diversification, and risk management
• A strong understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, and crypto market structure
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities or emerging technology markets
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to analyze market data and communicate investment insights clearly
• A strong understanding of crypto market cycles, liquidity, and volatility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A strong interest in blockchain technology, digital assets, and the global Web3 investment ecosystem

• Fully remote position within the United States
• Salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with performance-based bonuses and additional incentives possible
