  • Create scalable, automated, explainable, and auditable compliance controls for on-chain activity
  • Integrate compliance tools and data models with engineering systems to translate regulatory obligations into technical controls
  • Develop APIs, alerting workflows, case management systems, and evidence trails for financial crime detection and prevention
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple ING locations on solutions used across the bank

What you bring

  • Awareness of Travel Rule requirements and the importance of originator and beneficiary information in crypto-asset transfers
  • Understanding of EU digital asset regulation, including MiCA and related AML/CFT expectations for crypto-asset service providers
  • Ability to work in a regulated banking environment where traceability, control evidence, privacy, security, and auditability are essential

Nice to have

  • Blockchain, digital assets, AML, sanctions, or financial crime-related certifications such as CAMS, ICA, Chainalysis certification, TRM certification, or Elliptic certification
  • Security, data engineering, or DevOps-related certifications
  • Experience with blockchain analytics platforms such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Merkle Science, Scorechain, or Crystal
  • Experience with case management, alert triage, investigation workflows, or financial crime platforms
  • Knowledge of tokenization, digital assets, stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized deposits, custody, settlement, and wholesale banking use cases
  • Experience with permissioned blockchain platforms such as Corda, Hyperledger Fabric, Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, or Ethereum-compatible networks
  • Knowledge of DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, mixers, bridges, privacy-enhancing tools, and smart contract risk
  • Experience with graph analytics, network analysis, entity resolution, anomaly detection, or machine learning for fraud and AML use cases
  • Experience with data governance, lineage, retention, privacy, access control, and audit evidence
  • Experience working with global teams, multi-country regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards

What we offer

  • 14 days of welcome leave, even in your first year
  • Flexible hybrid working model with two days per week at the Vadistanbul office (three weeks per month) and one fully remote week per month
  • Additional remote working opportunities throughout August
