Digital Assets Structuring & Tokenization Associate

As a Digital Assets Structuring & Tokenization Associate at TraderPal Token K.K., you bridge Latin American investment opportunities with Japan's financial ecosystem. You support the structuring and evaluation of tokenized real-world assets for the Japanese market, working with financial, legal, technology, and compliance partners while researching digital securities regulations and collaborating across TraderPal's international team.

What you'll do

• Support the structuring of tokenized financial products and real-world assets (RWA) for the Japanese market
• Assist in evaluating potential assets and projects for tokenization and digital distribution
• Work with financial, legal, technology, and compliance partners in Japan
• Support the preparation of product structures, documentation, financial models, and presentations for institutional partners
• Research Japanese regulations and market practices related to digital securities and tokenized assets
• Collaborate with banks, securities firms, trust banks, technology providers, and other participants in Japan's digital-asset ecosystem
• Coordinate with TraderPal's international team to evaluate opportunities originating in Latin America and other markets

What you bring

• Approximately 2+ years of professional experience related to asset tokenization, digital securities, structured financial products, capital markets, fintech, blockchain-based financial infrastructure, or a closely related field
• Experience or strong understanding of structuring financial products
• Familiarity with Japan's financial-services and digital-asset ecosystem
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Technology, or a related discipline
• Japanese fluency and native-level proficiency, with professional working English
• Strong analytical skills and interest in international capital markets
