Ecosystem Lead

As the Ecosystem Lead at SuperAI, you are the ultimate connector at the intersection of Web3, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. You own, scale, and nurture the global network of partners, projects, developers, and communities that form the foundation of TOKEN2049 and SuperAI. This is a high-impact, strategic, and relationship-driven role where you bridge emerging tech ecosystems and our flagship events, ensuring that innovative founders, high-value VCs, developer communities, and strategic partners are deeply integrated into our summits globally, including Singapore, Dubai, and beyond.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain deep relationships with top-tier Web3 projects, L1/L2 protocols, AI labs, foundational model developers, DAOs, and traditional enterprise tech giants.
• Oversee and curate independent side events, hackathons, and satellite meetups during event weeks such as TOKEN2049 Week, ensuring high quality and seamless integration with the main event.
• Engage with developer communities, research institutions, and university tech hubs to drive developer and talent attendance.
• Curate exclusive networking tracks, demo days, and matchmaking initiatives for venture capitals, family offices, and angel investors to meet portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners on joint marketing campaigns, community AMAs, and content drops to amplify event reach and brand authority.
• Gather community feedback to help the production team shape themes, tracks, and speaker lineups that reflect current industry trends.
• Design and oversee dedicated ecosystem zones on the exhibition floor such as developer lounges, AI demo zones, and hacker houses.
• Act as a high-touch point of contact for ecosystem VIPs, foundation heads, and key community leaders during the events.

What you bring

• 7 years or more of experience in ecosystem growth, developer relations, community management, or strategic partnerships within the Web3/Crypto or AI/Deep Tech sectors.
• A strong understanding of the current crypto landscape including DeFi, DePIN, L2s, and infrastructure, as well as the AI landscape including LLMs, agentic AI, and decentralized AI.
• An existing network of founders, VCs, and community leaders in the global tech and crypto space.
• Experience navigating, planning, or heavily participating in large-scale tech conferences, hackathons, or ecosystem weeks.
• Exceptional communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment.
