
As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Sardine, you serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, leading them through the sales process by connecting their fraud and compliance needs to Sardine's agentic risk platform. You join a high-visibility team at the intersection of Go-To-Market and Product, acting as the bridge between customer needs and Sardine's capabilities. Your field insights will shape the product roadmap while you drive revenue growth through best-in-class demonstrations, RFPs, and thought leadership with technical teams.
What you'll do
- Support Account Executives in identifying prospects' fraud and compliance needs
- Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations that showcase the impact of Sardine's platform
- Interface with Security teams to articulate Sardine's security posture and successfully complete security reviews
- Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities
- Create comprehensive Solution Designs that address prospects' needs
- Collaborate with peers to improve processes within the Sales Engineering team
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and help prioritize and design solutions
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in similar roles supporting enterprise customers
- Prior experience within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain
- Proven success working with large financial institutions, banks, or global enterprises
- Experience with API-based products, strong understanding of JSON, ability to read and understand code, and familiarity with one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
- Strong analytical skills to dig into technical details and turn them into proposed solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical personas and tailor communication to role and seniority

- Knowledge of web development principles
- Ability to build internal tools using Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java
