Especialista de Business Development

As a Business Development Specialist at MB | Mercado Bitcoin, you build and scale cross-border payments infrastructure at a critical moment in the Brazilian market. The stablecoin market is consolidating as a new payments infrastructure, and you help Mercado Bitcoin integrate Pix, stablecoin conversion, and offshore payments into a single solution. This role requires you to navigate a forming regulatory environment, accelerating competition, and a closing window of opportunity.

What you'll do

• Understand each client's operational flow (proprietary fund, third-party PSP, mixed structure, resident or non-resident) and define the most suitable solution within the CrossBorder Payments portfolio alongside the internal team.
• Translate complex regulatory theses developed with the legal team into clear, competitive commercial proposals.
• Conduct negotiations with early-stage and enterprise clients, adjusting scope and resolving operational issues throughout the relationship.
• Represent Mercado Bitcoin at industry conferences and events with autonomy to position the company in the market.

What you bring

• Commercial and business structuring experience in payments, foreign exchange, cross-border fintech, or cryptocurrency assets.
• Fluent English for international negotiation and representation.
• Functional understanding of operational limits, KYC, and foreign exchange flows (legal or regulatory expertise is not required).
• A proven track record of resilience in complex operations, with autonomy to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifts in market, product, or commercial strategy.
• Proactive posture and commitment to execution, including less structured operational tasks.
• Focus on results and collaborative mindset.
