Etherealize - Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing at Etherealize, you report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function. Etherealize is building institutional-grade financial infrastructure on Ethereum, aiming to move Wall Street settlement, trading, and privacy systems into the digital age. Your mission is to position Etherealize as the bridge between institutional finance and Ethereum, crafting compelling narratives for both Wall Street and the crypto/Web3 community.

What you'll do

• Craft sophisticated marketing and brand narratives for two distinct audiences: institutional finance professionals in credit markets and investment leadership, and Web3 technologists
• Own the company's social presence, especially Twitter and LinkedIn, and oversee all content marketing including long-form pieces, educational materials, and external writers
• Evolve and maintain a coherent visual and brand identity across products, content, and marketing channels, balancing crypto innovation with Wall Street credibility
• Manage the company website to effectively communicate tailored messaging for multiple stakeholder groups
• Lead presence at industry events, organize dinners and speaking engagements, and strengthen relationships with the Ethereum community
• Orchestrate high-impact product launches for new products and stealth initiatives, including institutional and developer-facing positioning

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and go-to-market leadership, with prior experience as the most senior marketing owner for a company or major product line
• Deep understanding of both institutional finance (such as credit markets) and Web3/Ethereum technology, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both audiences
• Proven ability to thrive in startup environments, set strategy, and execute high-quality marketing work with speed and precision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling narratives, whitepapers, reports, and thought leadership
• Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to shape a brand that is both cutting-edge and trustworthy to institutional audiences
