[EU] Compliance Lead, EMI

As a Compliance Lead for our licensed electronic money institution (EMI) at Bybit, you shape the compliance function and make regulatory requirements work in day-to-day operations. You provide independent, practical advice to management and business teams on how to navigate a complex, evolving regulatory landscape.

What you'll do

• Develop the EMI's compliance framework, including policies, advisory processes, controls, monitoring and reporting
• Assess regulatory changes affecting e-money and payment services, and work with relevant teams to implement them
• Set a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and track findings through to resolution
• Advise Product, Operations and management on new offerings, processes and outsourcing arrangements
• Prepare compliance reporting for management and support engagement with the regulator where required; work closely with Risk, Legal, Information Security and the AML function

What you bring

• Several years of compliance experience at an EMI, payment institution, fintech or comparable regulated business
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to turn them into workable controls and clear advice
• Experience with regulatory examinations, management reporting and cross-functional work
• Independent judgement, precise communication and the persistence to see actions through
