[EU] Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Bybit, you support our Senior Executive Assistant and provide direct assistance to our Co-CEO at our Vienna office. You work hands-on with daily logistics, meeting preparations, and cross-departmental communication, helping streamline executive workflows so the leadership team can focus on driving the company's strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Support the Senior Executive Assistant with daily administrative, operational, and logistical tasks
• Assist the Co-CEO with meeting management and follow-ups, and coordinate complex travel arrangements and events
• Prepare, format, and organize materials, presentations, and documentation for board and leadership meetings
• Process expense reports and assist with basic internal recordkeeping and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and data on behalf of the executive team
• Track project timelines and ensure follow-ups on action items from executive meetings
• Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring effective and professional communication across the team

What you bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment while maintaining a structured and analytical approach
• A proactive mindset with strong personal responsibility and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and modern workplace collaboration tools
• Fluency in both German and English
• A keen interest in project management or business operations, ideally with curiosity about the financial and crypto industry
