[EU] Payments Product Expert

As a Senior Payments Product Manager at Bybit, you lead the expansion and management of our EU payment products, reporting directly to the Head of Payments EU. You drive the lifecycle of payment solutions spanning accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, wallets, FIAT currencies, and stablecoins (e-money tokens), while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users.

What you'll do

• Lead the full lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies, and e-money tokens
• Establish and oversee clearing and settlement systems such as SWIFT, EBA Clearing, and TIPS, and maintain payment standards including SEPA and ISO 20022
• Design internal treasury and cash management systems to optimize liquidity and ensure fund safety
• Act as the interface between technical teams, legal and compliance, AML, payments operations, sales, and external financial partners

What you bring

• A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in payments within a bank, e-money institution, or payment service provider (PSP)
• Strong knowledge of payment protocols such as SWIFT and SEPA, clearing systems, and product architecture including wallets, currency exchange, and e-money tokens
• Deep understanding of the European regulatory landscape, including PSD2/PSD3, E-Money Act, AMLD, GDPR, and DORA, with familiarity in safeguarding client funds
• Professional fluency in both English and German, mandatory due to regular interaction with Austrian regulatory authorities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 operational environment as a self-starter who works independently while maintaining high precision
