[EU] Product Manager – Institutional Services

As a Product Manager for Institutional Services at Bybit, you lead the development of the institutional client service platform. You identify and define dashboard requirements, business needs, and data requirements for institutional and professional clients, then deliver product solutions that enhance their trading experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of the institutional client service platform and define dashboard, business, and data requirements for institutional and professional clients
• Research and analyze the needs of professional and institutional trading clients, and identify feature enhancements that strengthen the service platform
• Work closely with business, engineering, and QA teams to keep product development on track and ensure quality standards are met

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant product management or related work experience, with the ability to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives
• Experience with internet-based B2B service products or platform-type products
• Excellent documentation skills and logical thinking ability
• Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills
• Excellent English proficiency to use English as a working language

Nice to have

• Experience with data and BI products
• Familiarity with the financial industry, including securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products
• Experience with quantitative trading products, blockchain and digital asset trading, or API product development
