Expansion Manager - Cote d’Ivoire

As an Expansion Manager at Tether, you'll drive growth and establish Tether's presence in Cote d'Ivoire by identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and navigating regulatory landscapes. You'll work closely with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies in Cote d'Ivoire and across the region, championing financial inclusion and digital currencies in Africa's financial ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Cote d'Ivoire and the Francophone region
• Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders
• Build and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Ivorian banks, fintechs, and large corporates
• Develop a pipeline of USDT integration opportunities across the Francophone countries payment ecosystem
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Tether's products and services
• Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities
• Analyze USDT and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact
• Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies
• Represent the company at key meetings and industry events
• Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility

What you bring

• A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in setting and monitoring KPIs
• A proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work
• The ability to thrive autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• A proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for local and international engagements
