Expansion Manager - Ivory Coast

As an Expansion Manager at Tether, you will drive growth and establish Tether's presence in Ivory Coast by identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and navigating the regulatory landscape. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies across Ivory Coast and the Francophone region. This role suits a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business development and market expansion who believes in financial inclusion and digital currencies.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Ivory Coast and across the Francophone region.
• Build and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Ivorian banks, fintechs, and large corporates.
• Develop a pipeline of USDT integration opportunities across the Francophone payment ecosystem.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Tether's products and services in the region.
• Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze USDT and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
• Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies.
• Represent the company at key meetings and industry events.
• Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies.
• Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility.

What you bring

• A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in setting and monitoring KPIs.
• A proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work.
• The ability to thrive autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• A history of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake frequent local and international travel.
