Experienced Community Manager (Crypto Casino & Sportsbook)

As an Experienced Community Manager at Blitzed, you'll build and scale a Discord community from the ground up for a crypto casino and sportsbook that pushes boundaries. You'll create a vibrant, engaged community culture, recruit and lead a team of moderators, run weekly events, and ensure the server stays active, moderated, and aligned with the brand voice.

What you'll do

• Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord, with Discord as the primary focus, creating and executing weekly content and event plans including prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, and leaderboards
• Build community culture through tone of voice, memes, rituals, and community moments that drive retention and loyalty
• Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates, and create programs that reward loyalty and contribution
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by removing spam and scams, enforcing rules, and managing bans, mutes, and warnings
• Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response procedures for raids, phishing attempts, and impersonators
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators with clear shifts and activity reports
• Post and coordinate announcements on product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and key updates
• Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases
• Collect structured feedback from users and report it back to Product and Growth teams, identifying bugs, feature requests, and friction points
• Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure
• Track and report community KPIs including active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, and support deflection

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord in crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar sectors
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to match brand tone across platforms
• Comfort moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly
• Organisational skills and reliability in running calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans
• Familiarity with bots, roles, and community tooling such as MEE6, Dyno, and Collab.Land
• Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming
• Experience working with KOLs and influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns
• Basic analytics skills including dashboards, KPI reporting, and sentiment tracking
• Event and community growth experience with quests, referral programs, and tournaments
