Experienced Community Manager (Crypto Casino & Sportsbook)

As a Community Manager at Blitzed, you'll take our Discord server from launch to 10K members while building a vibrant, engaged community around our crypto casino and sportsbook platform. You'll create and lead a top-tier moderation team, design weekly events and engagement campaigns, and set the tone for a community that's bold, fun, and genuinely connected to the product.

What you'll do

• Run daily community engagement across Discord (primary focus) and Telegram, creating and executing weekly content and event plans including prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, and leaderboards
• Build community culture through tone of voice, memes, rituals, and retention loops; identify power users and VIPs to reward loyalty and contribution
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by removing spam and scams, enforcing rules, and managing bans, mutes, and warnings
• Set up moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response procedures for raids, phishing attempts, and impersonators
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators with clear shifts and activity reporting
• Post and coordinate announcements including product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, and results
• Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases
• Collect structured feedback from users and report it to Product and Growth teams, highlighting bugs, feature requests, and friction points
• Maintain Discord calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure
• Track and report community KPIs including active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, and support deflection

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord in crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar industries
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to match brand tone across platforms
• Proven ability to moderate high-traffic chats and handle conflict calmly
• Organizational skills with the ability to run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans
• Familiarity with community tools and bots such as MEE6, Dyno, and Collab.Land
• Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming
• Experience working with KOLs and influencers to coordinate community-driven campaigns
• Basic analytics skills including dashboards, KPI reporting, and sentiment tracking
• Event and community growth experience with quests, referral programs, and tournaments
