Experienced Community Manager (Crypto Casino & Sportsbook)

As a Community Manager at Blitzed, you build and scale our Discord community from zero to 10K members, fostering engagement in a crypto casino and sportsbook that pushes boundaries. You lead moderation, drive daily engagement, coordinate events, and maintain a vibrant, safe community culture that reflects our brand voice.

What you'll do

• Run daily community engagement across Discord and Telegram, with Discord as your primary focus
• Create and execute weekly content and event plans: prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, and leaderboards
• Build community culture through tone of voice, memes, rituals, and retention loops
• Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates, and create programs that reward loyalty and contribution
• Maintain a clean environment by removing spam and scams, enforcing rules, and managing bans, mutes, and warnings
• Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response for raids, phishing attempts, and impersonators
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators with clear shifts and activity reports
• Post and coordinate announcements: product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and game updates
• Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases
• Collect structured feedback from users and report it to Product and Growth teams, including bugs, feature requests, and friction points
• Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure
• Track and report community KPIs: active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, and support deflection

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing communities on Discord and/or Telegram in crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar sectors
• Strong written communication and the ability to match brand tone across platforms
• Comfort moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly
• Organisational skills: ability to run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans
• Familiarity with community bots and tooling such as MEE6, Dyno, and Collab.Land
• Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming
• Experience working with KOLs and influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns
• Basic analytics skills: dashboards, KPI reporting, and sentiment tracking
• Track record with event and community growth: quests, referral programs, and tournaments
