Fiat P2P Operation Expert

As a Fiat P2P Operation Expert at Bybit, you own regional growth strategy and day-to-day operational performance for P2P markets in Southeast Asia and other assigned regions. You lead a small team of regional Business Development specialists, partner closely with local teams on the ground, and serve as the regional growth engine to execute global P2P strategy, develop localised approaches, and drive results.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day P2P business performance across Southeast Asia and other assigned regions, monitoring regional OKRs including transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes, and fraud patterns.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
• Provide localised business insights to the P2P Ops Lead, own regional strategy, and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of regional Business Development managers, setting clear targets, structured workflows, and review cadences.
• Identify capability gaps and actively drive upskilling, hiring, and team development.
• Drive merchant onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, incentive programs, and quality improvements across the region.
• Oversee and grow the merchant community to maintain a healthy, active, and engaged P2P ecosystem, serving as the primary liaison between Bybit and regional merchants.
• Coordinate with local market teams to align operations with country-specific dynamics, regulations, and user behaviour.
• Work with Product to communicate regional needs, test new P2P features, and support local rollouts.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure safe P2P operations and fraud prevention while adhering to local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Marketing and Community on regional campaigns and user education.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to support dispute resolution and ensure efficient handling of user cases.
• Execute and continuously contribute operational SOPs in collaboration with the P2P Centre of Excellence.
• Analyse regional P2P market trends, pricing dynamics, payment methods, and competitive landscape.
• Surface insights from market research and merchant feedback to Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Lead regional P2P go-to-market initiatives and growth campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
• Drive execution of user acquisition initiatives and campaign rollouts.

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or product operations, ideally in crypto, fintech, tech, marketplaces, or adjacent sectors.
• 2+ years of proven experience leading or coordinating small teams.
• Hands-on experience operating across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, project management best practices, and structured execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset: comfort with dashboards, data-driven decision-making, and translating numbers into strategy and actions.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with P2P platforms, crypto exchanges, or digital asset ecosystems.
• Familiarity with merchant management in a marketplace or P2P environment.
• Exposure to risk monitoring, anti-fraud methods, KYC/KYB processes, or transaction oversight.
• Experience with growth campaigns, user acquisition, or market launches.
