Field Sales Representative, Web3, Google Cloud

As a Field Sales Representative for Google Cloud's Web3 initiative, you leverage relationships with C-level executives at enterprises to understand their business needs and influence their adoption of Google Cloud solutions. You develop new relationships with business unit leaders, communicate business value, and drive digital transformation across your customer base in Greater China.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with a customer base to influence technology and business decisions, serving as a trusted advisor with insights and ideas backed by execution
• Lead entire business cycles, including presenting multi-year agreements to C-level executives, discussing terms, and managing associated legal and business risks
• Lead business engagements with CEOs and boards of customers across Greater China, driving transformational industry goals and accelerating customer digital transformation through differentiated Google solutions
• Own the account responsibility, including solution delivery aspects

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management experience at a B2B software company
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level accounts to promote a portfolio of products

Nice to have

• Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects
• Experience negotiating business and legal agreements with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams
• Industry knowledge with a clear understanding of the prospects and customers you serve
• Ability to collaborate with sales engineers and customer technical leads to evaluate existing software environments, develop migration plans, and build business cases
• Proven ability to influence decisions at the executive level
