Finance Advisor

Crypto Mize is hiring Finance Advisors for its New Delhi headquarters on a rolling, permanent basis. You conduct finance-related research, market study, and strategy work for a diverse client base ranging from political principals to enterprises. This is advisory work in the real sense: clients act on what you say, which makes the rigor behind your analysis the entire job.

What you'll do

• Conduct finance-related research for engagements, uncovering the numbers behind a client's position, opposition, and operating reality
• Undertake market study in the sphere of finance so your recommendations rest on what the market is actually doing
• Determine the needs and objectives of clients before recommending anything, ensuring the plan follows the client's situation, not a preset solution
• Advise clients on financial strategy, constructing portfolios and positions suited to their situation, risk posture, and time horizon
• Execute the strategies devised for clients, providing oversight rather than handing off execution to others
• Maintain financial account records across engagements with a review cadence that serious money expects
• Find new business prospects within your existing clientele, identifying the second engagement satisfied clients have not yet asked for
• Maintain the account record and traceability so any recommendation can be traced to the analysis behind it on demand
• Spot client positions drifting toward unpriced risk and communicate early, before losses and panic set in
• Build and mentor the advisory bench through review of junior work before it reaches clients

What you bring

• Demonstrated depth of skill in portfolio construction matched to client circumstances
• Capability in financial research and market analysis
• Ability to conduct client discovery that surfaces real objectives and constraints
• Experience communicating strategy at principal level
• Proven execution oversight with a review cadence
• Risk assessment literacy
• Account tracking and reporting discipline
• Regulatory awareness across Indian finance
• Business development instinct within existing accounts
• Composure when markets test the plan
• Fiduciary-grade discretion with client finances (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency with financial research terminals and data suites, portfolio modeling spreadsheets with scenario views, market data platforms, and CRM systems for client account tracking
