Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at CryptoMize, you provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management across a finance cell that governs engagement economics in five intelligence domains across 18 countries. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi HQ, where your numbers drive real engagement decisions and survive hostile questioning in the room.

What you'll do

• Own the analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support for senior management, producing monthly results, variance analysis, and outlook
• Build and maintain engagement-economics models including pricing structures, resourcing models, and margin analysis by engagement and domain
• Track actuals against forecast across the live portfolio, escalating variance with recommendations grounded in the data
• Drive annual planning and quarterly reforecast cycles, owning the assumptions log behind every projection
• Support commercial decisions on prospective engagements through pricing and resourcing analysis that informs profitable deal acceptance or decline
• Monitor regulatory and policy developments affecting financial operations and translate them into compliant practice
• Partner with engagement leads at scope-setting, bringing pricing and resource conversation to the table before commitments harden
• Maintain the assumptions log: ensure every forecast carries its reasoning indexed so next quarter's reforecast is an argument from evidence
• Mentor analyst interns on the finance bench, auditing their models and teaching documentation discipline
