Finance and Strategy Intern (Summer 2027)

As a Finance and Strategy Intern at Robinhood, you will collaborate with finance leads to provide financial insights into two of Robinhood's newest business lines: Futures and Prediction Markets. You will link business and operational decisions with financial outcomes, playing a direct role in setting and tracking revenue targets and keeping leadership informed of key trends. You'll build insightful financial models, dashboards and presentations ready for executive-level consumption to drive strategic decisions across the Derivatives business. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Synthesize and distill financial data and provide important insights for leadership
• Partner closely with business partners from product management, engineering, legal, partnerships, and accounting to evaluate new products, communicate performance versus budgets and forecasts, and identify action items
• Prepare key financial decks weekly, monthly, and quarterly, highlighting actionable trends and insights for business team leads
• Construct P&L, unit economic, and cash flow models and summarize finance recommendations for business partners
• Assist in improving and simplifying processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support Robinhood's growth

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in business, finance, economics or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
• Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and the business judgment to balance details without losing sight of the big picture
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A positive attitude with a desire to work hard, be creative, stay curious, and maintain a can-do approach
