Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at Crypto.com, you support the Finance and Accounting team across financial control, business performance management, procurement, digital transformation, tax, treasury, and operations. You help optimize global finance initiatives while managing multiple project scopes with attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Prepare month-end closing and group consolidation on a timely basis
• Prepare audit schedules and perform financial analysis as required
• Liaise with auditors to address audit-related matters
• Provide support for daily financial functions within the team
• Assist in testing and implementation of finance digital transformation solutions
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting-related matters
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team or management

What you bring

• A Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of professional work experience in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates will be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and ability to multi-task
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and adherence to procedures
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Table functions

Nice to have

• Audit experience
• Prior experience in digital assets
• Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite
• Commercial experience
