Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager

As a Finance Business Partner / Finance Manager at OneBullEx, you own exchange fund accounting, streamline financial reconciliation systems, and build robust internal controls across multi-entity and multi-currency frameworks for a fast-growing digital asset trading platform. You bridge Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to translate complex trading products into clear accounting logic, and you ensure daily reconciliation of on-chain and off-chain assets across a global operation.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounting and financial operations across multiple legal entities, supporting both fiat and multi-cryptocurrency accounts.
• Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes in compliance with reporting standards.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports; perform variance analysis to track operational performance and highlight financial discrepancies.
• Act as the strategic link between Finance, Product, and Engineering teams, translating complex trading products into clear accounting logic and system configurations.
• Participate in designing, testing, and optimizing automated financial reconciliation engines and accounting sub-ledgers.
• Continuously audit financial workflows to reduce manual intervention and automate cross-chain and fiat financial tracking.
• Monitor and reconcile hot/cold wallet balances, bank accounts, and internal token ledgers daily.
• Conduct daily on-chain reconciliation using block explorers such as Etherscan, Tronscan, and Solscan to investigate and resolve balance discrepancies immediately.
• Establish and enforce stringent internal controls and security protocols around digital asset management, wallet access, and treasury operations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to produce actionable financial analysis, unit economics, and operational reporting.
• Standardize and manage corporate expense management, payroll processing, vendor payments, and capital allocation across all departments.

What you bring

• Full professional fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of core accounting or finance experience within the crypto exchange or Web3 space.
• Deep familiarity with on-chain data and block explorers such as Etherscan, Tronscan, and Solscan for treasury tracking and transaction auditing.
• Ability to translate crypto trading products such as spot, futures, staking, and earn into functional technical specifications for R&D teams.
• Proven track record in multi-currency treasury management, consolidated financial reporting, and complex ledger reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills alongside hands-on experience with modern ERP and financial software.

Nice to have

• An active CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdictional or overseas entity accounting and tax compliance.
• A proven track record of building automated financial reconciliation pipelines or crypto sub-ledgers from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of internal audit frameworks, proof of reserves (PoR), and custodian integrations in Web3.
