Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive at CryptoMize, you own the day-to-day financial operations of an agency working across 18 countries. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi HQ, where you keep the records, invoices, reconciliations and reporting that the entire finance function is judged by. You join a function that runs on precision, and this seat is where that precision lives.

What you'll do

• Keep accurate records for all of the company's everyday transactions, the foundation every later statement stands on
• Create balance sheets and working schedules in Excel or Google Sheets at the standard audits accept first pass
• Create and process invoices with the follow-through that gets them paid and properly recorded
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records, with aging tracked, exceptions flagged, and nothing quietly forgotten
• Update internal financial data regularly so the picture leadership sees is always current
• Prepare financial reports on the monthly, quarterly and annual cadence the function runs on
• Reconcile bank statements with the discipline that makes month-end close smoothly
• Participate in financial reviews, bringing the ledger knowledge that makes the discussion real

• Excel and Google Sheets at power level
• Familiarity with invoicing and billing platforms
• Experience with bank reconciliation tooling
• Familiarity with statutory filing portals for GST and TDS
