Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Crypto Mize, you manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, operating at the crucial intersection between the executives who record transactions and the leadership who makes decisions based on your reports. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Delhi headquarters, with immediate joining available. You own the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems the entire function depends on, ensuring accuracy translates into reliable management information.

What you'll do

• Observe and manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, maintaining the running machine rather than just monthly snapshots
• Prepare management reports on regular and quarterly cadences, with variance analysis honest enough to act on
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research and financial modeling for senior leadership before major decisions
• Assist with project analysis, plan validation and ad-hoc financial questions that arise from engagements
• Manage the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems for the organization and continuously improve them
• Ensure accounting policies and regulations are applied consistently across all financial operations
• Lead the finance executives on your team, setting standards and developing future managers

What you bring

• Demonstrated depth of skill in financial operations management
• Strong capability in management reporting with honest variance narratives
• Experience with strategic data analysis and financial modeling
• Ownership experience with ERP-class accounting systems
• Solid understanding of policy and regulation application in finance functions
• Ability to lead and develop finance team members
• Proficiency with Excel for modeling depth
• Strong cash-flow monitoring discipline
• Cross-functional communication skills with engagement leads
• Ability to prioritize across competing reporting and ad-hoc demands
