Finance Manager, Technical Accounting

As a Finance Manager, Technical Accounting at Crypto.com, you support the Finance and Administration team across Financial Control, Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. You conduct in-depth research on accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates, and provide technical guidance to help the finance team navigate complex accounting standards and regulatory changes.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth research on critical accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates, and perform financial, cash flow, and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards or regulations
• Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changes
• Provide technical support to the finance team on complex accounting issues
• Revise and maintain the group's accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standards
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topics
• Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business needs

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageous
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or CPA certification
• Experience with financial instrument valuation
