Finance Manager, Technical Accounting

As a Finance Manager in Technical Accounting at Crypto.com, you join the F&A team and help optimize global finance initiatives. You conduct in-depth research on accounting issues and regulatory updates, provide technical support on complex matters, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting topics.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth research on critical accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates, and perform financial, cash flow and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards or regulations
• Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting and regulatory changes
• Provide technical support to the finance team in relation to complex accounting issues
• Revise and maintain the group's accounting policies to align with the latest accounting standards
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication on accounting topics
• Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business needs

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or technical accounting, with prior audit experience advantageous
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• An advanced degree or CPA certification
• Experience with financial instrument valuation
