Finance Operation Manager - Crypto Exchange

As a Finance Operation Manager at Bibit.id, you lead and optimize day-to-day operations across trading, payments, custody, and settlement at a crypto exchange. You ensure smooth execution of transactions, safeguard client assets, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. You coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and ensure timely reporting to government and regulatory bodies.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of crypto trading, ensuring accurate and timely daily settlement
• Manage timely customer fiat deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accurate and timely funds movement in banks and with partners
• Manage operational security for customer crypto asset custody, deposits, and withdrawals
• Monitor security and manage transaction risks in accordance with AML and KYC standards and regulations
• Design and implement operational controls to reduce errors, risks, and fraud
• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear accountability and efficiency

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations within crypto exchanges and blockchain
• Strong knowledge of crypto trading workflows, blockchain settlements, custody models, and payment operations
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting to bodies such as OJK, BI, CFX, or equivalent financial regulators
• Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and financial compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• The ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines
