Finance Operations Coordinator

As a Finance Operations Coordinator at Tether, you play a key role in supporting the organization's day-to-day financial activities. You validate operational financial data, ensure policy compliance, and assist with accurate and timely financial processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.

What you'll do

• Review and validate team timesheets and reported working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor employee expense submissions, verify supporting documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Review contractor invoices prior to approval and payment, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to financial operations, reimbursements, and payments
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to support timely and precise payment processing
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and expense control
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks, audits, and reporting as required
