Flow Quant Trading Days 2026

Join Flow Traders for two days on a real trading floor in Amsterdam on 7 and 8 December 2026. This hands-on quant trading academy for 15 students offers an exciting look inside our trading operation, live simulations, desk shadowing, and the chance to receive a full-time job offer as a Graduate Trader.

What you'll experience

• Pricing, arbitrage, and hedging in live simulations
• Making markets under real-time pressure
• Going head-to-head with our traders in games built to test your instinct
• Shadowing the trading desks in small groups and watching news as it hits the market
• Introductory classes on traditional finance, crypto, and ETFs
• Games night where you compete directly with our traders
• Dinner in Amsterdam and farewell drinks in the Flow Bar with the trading team
• Access to our in-house facilities: gym with personal trainers, bar, barista, arcade room, and lounge with daily catered lunches

What you bring

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a BSc or MSc in a STEM degree from a university in the Netherlands
• Demonstrable interest in trading on your CV
• Coding ability in Python or another language
• Comfort reasoning with probabilities and solving brainteasers
• A competitive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
• The ability to spot opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
