Most crypto & web3 roles pay between $105k and $265k, with a median of $196k.

As a Full-Stack Marketing Manager at GetBlock, you own campaigns across all marketing channels, from conception to final report. You'll reach technical decision-makers and product leaders at Web3 companies who choose which RPC provider their engineers build on. GetBlock's marketing team has built one of the most visible brands in the RPC segment, ranking #3 by organic traffic and generating 150,000 website visits monthly, with support from 100+ ecosystem partners and a community of 20,000+ builders.

What you'll do

  • Plan and measure campaigns across GetBlock's channels: social media, community, partnerships, owned media, performance marketing, and SEO/GEO, with owned media taking the largest share of your time
  • Propose new marketing channels, run initial tests, and scale channels that reach the right technical audience
  • Own marketing analytics to identify which campaigns reach technical decision-makers and optimize spend accordingly
  • Run paid traffic experiments with GetBlock's performance marketer: suggest hypotheses, design tests, analyze results, and scale what works
  • Shape positioning and messaging for product launches with the product team and carry them across all channels
  • Write and edit copy yourself, including X threads, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and partner announcements
  • Collaborate with GetBlock's 100+ ecosystem partners on joint announcements and co-marketing campaigns

What you bring

  • Fluent English at C1 level or above, spoken and written
  • 3+ years in product marketing, including B2B experience
  • Strong writing skills; you produce clean first drafts without a copywriter and edit others' work without losing their voice
  • Marketing taste built on exposure to quality work; you can spot a strong campaign and explain what makes it land
  • Hands-on experience with X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram, plus owned media on Medium and Dev.to
  • Basic CMS skills, ideally with Prismic
  • Confidence working with partners; you can run calls with partner CMOs and leave with an agreed plan
  • Ability to know when AI helps and when to do the work yourself; experience building AI workflows that automate routine tasks end to end

Nice to have

  • Experience managing a small team
  • Vibe-coding experience on products with paying customers, with working knowledge of GitLab, deployment pipelines, and IDEs

What we offer

  • Fully remote work with no geographic restrictions and flexible time zone (solid overlap with UTC+3 required)
  • 20 days of annual leave plus 12 personal days in place of a fixed public holiday calendar, plus paid sick leave
  • Compensation for coworking space and AI tools
  • Personalized development roadmap and performance bonuses tied to your impact
  • Well-being programs to support your health and balance
