General Manager - India

As General Manager at Fleek, you own and scale India's supply engine into a $30M+ business by 2028. You report directly to the CEO with full ownership of supply, warehousing, QC and first and last-mile logistics across India. The used-clothing trade in India moves roughly 9,000 containers annually through offline, relationship-driven channels. Your job is to bring that inventory online, deepen existing seller relationships, strengthen the Panipat and Kandla hubs, and expand into other high-potential Indian markets, backed by a marketplace with 50,000 buyers in 100+ countries pulling demand through everything you source.

What you'll do

• Scale India's supply engine into a $30M+ business by 2028, sized against the roughly 9,000 containers of used clothing landing in India each year
• Grow the inventory value your existing Panipat and Kandla suppliers contribute over time, measured through Net Dollar Retention of supplier inventory acquisition
• Build toward 1,000+ quality suppliers by strengthening Panipat and Kandla and standing up sourcing in other high-potential Indian markets
• Get Indian suppliers ready for video handpicks and chat-based selling, backed by ongoing seller education and tracked through Seller NPS
• Build a base of vetted, quality sellers and deliver a great experience for Fleek's global buyers, measured through fulfilment rate and cancellation rate
• Stand up and scale factory leftover stock, sourced with brand licensing to resell, as a distinct new business line
• Grow the team beyond today's baseline (QC and operations staff, a Senior Supply Manager and a supply Key Account Manager) into the structure needed to run all of the above
• Automate the repeatable parts of supply, QC and seller management, and hold the whole India team to the same standard

What you bring

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience, based in Delhi NCR (this is an on-the-ground leadership role, not remote)
• A proven market-launch track record, having built and scaled teams from scratch including expansion into new geographic markets
• Strong commercial and P&L ownership, having carried a revenue or margin number and knowing how to move it
• An AI-native way of working: you personally build or run repeatable automations and push your team to work the same way
• Operational depth across warehousing, QC and logistics, understanding the key metrics and having run physical operations at scale
• Genuine cross-functional versatility and strong communication, equally credible and clear as a salesperson, an operator and a customer-experience owner within the same day
• Genuine excitement for building a market-defining business in a category that has never been digitised before

Nice to have

• Direct knowledge of the used-clothing or liquidation industry
• Familiarity with India's textile recycling and surplus clusters such as Panipat, Kandla and beyond
• Founder or founding-team experience
• Exposure to video, live or chat-based commerce
