Global Head of Solutions

As Global Head of Solutions at Sardine, you own every technical team between contract signature and customer success. You'll lead Integration Engineering and Support Engineering, roughly 20 people across three functions, bringing them together under unified standards and quality bars while scaling rapidly. You'll develop the next generation of technical leaders, guide strategic scoping decisions, and drive cross-sell and net revenue retention alongside Sales and Account Management.

What you'll do

• Own Integration and Support engineering, approximately 20 people across three functions
• Build playbooks, onboarding procedures, best practices, and SLAs that enable smooth scaling
• Coach and develop technical leads, helping them grow their teams and expand their leadership range
• Get hands-on with scoping and contract structuring where deals require real technical judgment
• Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to drive cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention
• Partner with the POC team, including Data Scientists, to help drive POCs to success
• Bring deep product fluency to guide the team through scoping, delivery, and people challenges

What you bring

• Experience leading large technical teams of 20 or more in B2B SaaS, including building the management layer beneath you
• Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking
• Deep technical and product expertise to guide strategic decisions, contribute to team planning and training, and assess integration complexity and scoping credibly
• A track record of building operational rigor through playbooks, SLAs, and structured processes as organizations scale
• Experience scaling a team through rapid growth
• Strong coaching instincts to help talented, fast-rising leaders grow
• Comfort leading through growth and change in a team that is evolving quickly

Nice to have

• Experience spanning both pre-sales (sales engineering, solutions consulting) and post-sales (implementation, professional services) motions
• Familiarity with fintech more broadly, even outside fraud and compliance
