As a Go-to-Market Lead at Aztec Labs, you own the growth and adoption of one of our flagship privacy products. This is a hybrid role combining product marketing, business development, and product management—you'll wear multiple hats, from interviewing users and writing product content to launching growth campaigns and speaking with strategic partners. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction while driving user adoption and engagement.
What you'll do
- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a key Aztec product
- Develop a deep understanding of users, their workflows, and their pain points
- Conduct customer and ecosystem interviews to gather actionable feedback
- Translate user insights into product recommendations and prioritization
- Create and execute growth initiatives to drive adoption and engagement
- Write compelling content including blog posts, product launches, guides, and announcements
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape roadmap decisions
- Track product performance and use data to inform growth initiatives
What you bring
- A strong bias toward action and ownership

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience speaking directly with users and customers
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- A track record launching products, programs, or growth initiatives
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn complex technical concepts
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Background in product marketing, business development, growth, product management, developer relations, startup operations, consulting, or community building
