Golang Developer (Blockchain/web3)

As a Golang Developer at Nexsoft Technology, you'll implement business logic code based on technical design documents and lead requirements. You work on blockchain and web3 systems, developing and testing functional modules while researching new technologies and solving complex problems in a distributed systems environment.

What you'll do

• Understand technical design documents and implement relevant business logic code according to lead requirements
• Develop, test, and upgrade functional modules
• Research new technologies and solve difficult technical problems
• Identify performance bottlenecks and architectural defects, proposing effective solutions to improve the system
• Manage and mentor a technical team of 5-10 people, including task breakdown, technical decision-making, and code review
• Drive team collaboration using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

What you bring

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Golang
• Proficiency in Golang concurrent programming (goroutine/channel, sync package, memory model)
• Familiarity with the Golang ecosystem (Gin/Echo, gRPC, Protobuf, WebSocket)
• Skills in self-studying documentation, researching, and writing POCs about go-Ethereum, Fabric, and Cosmos SDK
• Experience with microservices architecture (service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, distributed transactions)
• Proficiency with Kubernetes/Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Aliyun)
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and caching systems (Redis)
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure (consensus algorithms, P2P networks)
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms (ECDSA, SHA-3, Merkle Tree)
• 2+ years of experience managing a technical team (5-10 people)

Nice to have

• Ability to read Solidity smart contracts or integrate DApps
• Contributions to open-source IM projects (e.g., Matrix, Telegram protocol analysis) or blockchain open-source contributions (e.g., Ethereum, Cosmos)
• Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) or Layer 2 scaling technologies (e.g., Rollup, state channels)
• Experience optimizing large-scale distributed systems (e.g., messaging systems handling millions of QPS)
