[GRC] Risk Control Data Analysis & Operations Engineer

As a Risk Control Data Analysis & Operations Engineer at Bybit, you support risk monitoring, user behavior analysis, campaign governance, and case reviews across the exchange's marketing activities. You combine internal and external data to provide analytical insights that drive operational decisions and model optimization, while continuously improving Bybit's risk operations framework.

What you'll do

• Support risk monitoring, user behavior analysis, campaign governance, and case reviews for various marketing activities based on risk control operations needs
• Conduct in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide analytical insights supporting operational decisions, strategy iteration, and model optimization
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimize workflows, and establish a standardized risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing, operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and risk control operations strategies

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above and 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data operations
• Relevant work experience in business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to conduct data analysis independently
• Excellent business and risk insight capabilities with strong logical thinking and data sensitivity; ability to identify risks from abnormal data and summarize root causes

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python
• Fluent English speaking ability
