Growth Manager - Influencer Program

As Growth Manager for OKX Europe's Influencer Program, you build and run a curated roster of Tier 1-2 crypto, FinTech, and finance voices across key European markets. You own the roster build from zero, the content operations that support it, and a 24-hour activation system for sentiment events. This is a PR and amplification program focused on driving sentiment and amplifying launches, not an affiliate channel.

What you'll do

• Map and rank Tier 1 influencer targets per market: top voices from crypto, fintech, traditional finance, payment, and sports sectors across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and Telegram, ranked by verified follower count and excluding anyone already in the Affiliate programme
• Mine competitor amplifiers: identify who consistently amplifies key competitors and their launches, and track top finance and crypto podcast charts per market
• Run direct outreach against your mapped list and manage the inbound pipeline
• Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs on a non-cash-per-conversion basis
• Build and maintain brief templates per campaign type: launch, promo push, and always-on education
• Maintain a localized asset kit per market including visuals, approved claims, risk warning language, and disclosure wording
• Distribute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly narrative refresh to the full roster
• Own reporting on impressions, reach, engagement, and positive share of voice (SOV) per market, tied to program goals

What you bring

• Years of experience running an influencer or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments
• Proven ability to build a ranked outreach target list from scratch, including real follower verification and competitor amplifier mapping, not just managing an inherited spreadsheet
• Experience negotiating and retaining creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis through sentiment, access, merch, or community trades
• A data-driven mindset with experience tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and other performance metrics
• Comfort being measured on share of voice, sentiment, and response speed rather than conversion or ROAS
• Native or fluent proficiency in at least one EEA market language, plus English
• A solid understanding of local EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements, and the ability to ensure all content follows brand and compliance guidelines
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Brand teams

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with crypto and finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in at least one key European market
• Experience collaborating with Affiliate BD teams to identify opportunities to convert high-potential influencers into long-term affiliate partners
