Growth Manager (Taiwan)

As a Growth Manager at OKX, you build and manage relationships with top-tier clients in the cryptocurrency space, serving as their main point of contact and advocating for their success. You work across the Taiwan market, combining strategic partnerships with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive client growth and deliver a seamless experience on OKX's leading crypto exchange and wallet platform.

What you'll do

• Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance including market intelligence and platform tips
• Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience
• Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen client loyalty and attract new business

What you bring

• A Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years of growth and operations experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency to support clients and internal stakeholders
• Fluency in Mandarin
