Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Crypto Banter, you own user acquisition and scaling for HIGHER!, a new business branch launching dopamine-fuelled, 1-7 day challenges across trading, AI, and beyond. You'll mastermind end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns, turning cold traffic into committed challenge participants by building sophisticated funnels, high-converting landing pages, and lifecycle journeys that drive real results.

What you'll do

• Own the full-funnel architecture, from paid acquisition strategy through to landing pages and email sequences that carry leads all the way to challenge sign-up
• Lead creative quality control, working with the creative team to produce compelling campaign copy and creative that lands with your target audience's psychology
• Drive performance and ROI, tracking metrics daily such as CPL, CAC, CPM, ROAS and ROI to ensure you're generating revenue and shifting budget based on hard data
• Set the audience strategy by identifying new segments, running warming campaigns for existing audiences, and using commitment hooks and simple quizzes to move people through the funnel
• Execute lifecycle journeys that make the transition from newly acquired lead to challenge participant seamless, owning the tools and tracking that keep users engaged

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience with paid ads and a proven track record scaling paid spend for info-products, webinars or digital challenges
• Understanding of the story-driven nature of selling challenges and transformations, and how to use urgency and value to drive sign-ups
• An analytical, data-driven mindset; you base every decision on metrics and can spot funnel leaks before they hit the bottom line
• Technical proficiency with Typeform, landing page builders, AI tools like Lovable, and CRM/marketing software such as PostHog, EmailOctopus and Mailchimp
• Ability to spot and brief high-performance creative that stops the scroll and converts, partnering effectively with designers and editors
• Category experience working with audiences and campaigns across finance, crypto, trading, e-products or ecommerce
• Clear communication in UK English, bias to action, and ability to own results in a lean, high-output team
