Head of Business Development (Crypto Exchange)

As Head of Business Development at BTCC, you lead the execution of the company's regional derivatives business strategy. You build and manage the regional business team to drive achievement of overall business goals, expand channels, activate key opinion leaders, and grow both B2B partnerships and consumer user acquisition.

What you'll do

• Participate in and implement the company's business strategy, formulating derivatives business goals and executing strategies to achieve them
• Establish and manage the regional business team to ensure achievement of the company's overall regional business goals
• Lead regional channel expansion and key opinion leader (KOL) strategy implementation to drive both business-to-business cooperation and consumer user acquisition
• Implement market and marketing activities across the region
• Assist in promoting improvements to the company's products

What you bring

• At least 3 years of proven working experience as a business development manager or in a relevant role, including at least 1 year of team management experience
• Demonstrated experience in channel development and market development
• Proficiency in English and local languages
• Experience in business cooperation within the web3 industry and an extensive local KOL network with channel resources
