Head of Capital Formation & Token Offerings Company

As Head of Capital Formation & Token Offerings at TradeREA Xchange Technologies, you own the complete capital-formation pipeline for real estate projects listed on the platform, from preparing projects for investment through launching token offerings, securing funding, managing tokenisation and tokenomics, and administering tokens throughout their lifecycle. You will drive measurable funding results and execute both initial coin offerings (ICOs) and initial exchange offerings (IEOs) where appropriate.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute launch strategies for each project's token offering, including presales, ICOs, IEOs and other distribution methods; establish fundraising targets, launch timetables, minimum closing conditions and allocation policies.
• Build and manage funding plans for every project listed on TradeREA, working with developers and sponsors to establish capital requirements, financing milestones and appropriate debt and equity structures.
• Coordinate the tokenisation of project-level debt, equity and other approved investment interests, working with securities counsel and project sponsors to define issuing entities, ownership structures and token rights.
• Develop project-specific tokenomics covering supply, issuance price, allocations, reserves, vesting and release schedules; model relationships between project performance, investor distributions and token supply.
• Oversee token creation, allocation, delivery, vesting and holder records; reconcile subscriptions, settled payments and outstanding balances across all offerings.
• Coordinate admission of eligible project tokens to secondary trading venues and establish operational arrangements with appropriately authorised venues, custodians and market participants.
• Coordinate offering reviews with securities counsel, compliance officers and licensed intermediaries; ensure investor onboarding incorporates required identity, eligibility and suitability processes; maintain jurisdiction-specific distribution plans.
• Oversee investor decks, data rooms and project updates; maintain relationships with investors before, during and after each offering; coordinate reporting on construction milestones, use of proceeds and distributions.
• Assess suitable launchpads, exchanges and distribution partners, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating onboarding; develop relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private-credit investors and investment funds.
• Ensure launch materials accurately explain projects, investor rights, use of proceeds and exit arrangements; translate approved offering terms into implementation requirements for the technology team.
• Lead investor outreach, negotiations and due diligence through to settled funding; track committed and received capital separately and identify funding gaps and corrective actions.
• Maintain a complete audit trail for token transactions and changes to token terms; handle failed payments, rejected subscriptions, refunds and allocation disputes.

What you bring

• A demonstrated record of securing funding for real estate projects, investment offerings or tokenised assets.
• Direct experience executing ICOs, IEOs, security token offerings or comparable token-sale programmes.
• Strong understanding of real estate debt and equity structures, capital stacks and project financial models.
• Practical experience developing tokenisation structures, tokenomics and token lifecycle processes.
• An established network of investors, distribution partners and digital-asset industry contacts.
• Experience coordinating securities counsel, licensed intermediaries, custodians and technology teams.
• Strong negotiation, investor communication and transaction-management skills.
• Ability to take an offering from preparation through launch, settled funding and ongoing administration.
