Head of Compliance – Crypto and Digital Assets Firm

As Head of Compliance at a leading global crypto and digital assets firm, you lead the compliance function and regulatory strategy across the entire business. This senior leadership role gives you direct exposure to regulators and executive stakeholders, shaping compliance practices within a highly regulated and evolving environment.

What you'll do

• Lead the firm's compliance function and regulatory strategy
• Act as the primary liaison with regulators and oversee licensing matters
• Strengthen AML/CFT, financial crime, and risk management frameworks
• Provide compliance oversight across payments and digital asset activities
• Partner closely with business, operations, and product teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded into new initiatives
• Advise senior management on regulatory developments and compliance risks

What you bring

• Approximately 10+ years of compliance experience within fintech, payments, crypto, or digital assets
• A proven track record engaging directly with MAS and managing regulatory relationships
• Strong end-to-end compliance framework design and implementation experience
• Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, financial crime, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with DPT regulations and digital asset activities
