Head of Product, AI and Agent

As Head of Product, AI and Agent at OKX, you own the full AI product agenda across both user-facing and operational domains. You lead the strategy and execution of a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience the platform, while simultaneously owning agentic AI systems that make compliance, risk, fraud, and operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This unified mandate shapes how OKX serves users and operates at global scale over the next decade.

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant, defining the product experience, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions including compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, identifying high-leverage workflows and transforming them into agent-driven systems
• Ensure every AI output is traceable and regulatorily defensible across all operational domains
• Own the product design of shared AI infrastructure that powers both mandates, including orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets

What you bring

• 12+ years in product and tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
• A proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products as the owner, not as a contributor
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture including multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

Nice to have

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
• A graduate degree in a technical field
• Experience with successful conversational AI or agentic AI products
