Head of Product, AI and Agent

As Head of Product, AI and Agent at OKX, you own the full AI product agenda across the platform. You drive both the user-facing crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience OKX, and the internal agentic systems that make operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This unified mandate defines OKX's next decade.

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant, defining the product experience, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time to help users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions across compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, identifying the highest-leverage workflows and systematically transforming them into agent-driven systems
• Ensure every AI output is traceable and regulatorily defensible across all markets
• Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates: orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable

What you bring

• 12+ years in product and tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products as the owner, not a contributor
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

Nice to have

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
• Graduate degree in a technical field
• Experience with successful conversational AI or agentic AI products
