As Head of Product for AIVM at ChainGPT, you will lead one of the most ambitious initiatives in Web3: building the guardrails for the post-human agentic economy. Reporting to the CEO, you translate AIVM's vision into product architecture, roadmap, developer experience, and launch execution. You work in a high-velocity, pre-mainnet phase to define primitives, platform architecture, and ecosystem adoption across the Policy Oracle, Agent Identity and Reputation standards, Programmable Payments, and Immutable Accountability.
What you'll do
- Inherit and evolve the existing product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem, positioning it as a category-defining decentralized AI infrastructure layer
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategy and market positioning
- Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform serving agent developers, AI application teams, protocols integrating autonomous agents, enterprises needing policy and compliance, node operators and validators, and data, compute, and model providers
- Define core primitives including APIs, SDKs, execution layers, and developer experience
- Build and lead a high-performance product function with end-to-end execution from concept to Mainnet
- Establish product processes that balance speed, quality, and scalability
- Partner deeply with engineering on architecture, trade-offs, and delivery alignment
- Run product and technical execution rituals to maintain roadmap clarity, accountability, and delivery momentum
- Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, product launches, and narrative
- Support partnerships with strong product thinking and technical clarity
- Define and track core product and ecosystem KPIs including developer adoption, agent deployments, network activity, and retention
- Use insights to continuously refine product direction and priorities
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles
- Technical experience mandatory for this role; you can communicate effectively with the engineering team and discuss technical subjects in their language
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets
- Comfort operating before product-market fit, where the job is to reduce ambiguity, define primitives, and force trade-offs
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure including inference, training, and compute economics
- Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems
- Strong background in blockchain/Web3, ideally in L1, L2, or AI ecosystems
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Experience utilizing AI agent infrastructures for optimization such as Claude or OpenClaw
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
