HR Executive

Crypto Mize is hiring an HR Executive for its New Delhi headquarters on a full-time, permanent basis with immediate joining. This is a management-track position within the people function. You will specialise in hiring personnel, developing fair HR policies, and ensuring employees understand and comply with them. The role implements core programs that the HR function depends on: performance review cycles, compensation and benefits packages, referral schemes, and the HR technology stack.

What you'll do

• Design compensation and benefits packages that retain talent in a competitive market
• Implement performance review procedures including quarterly and annual cycles, and 360-degree evaluations, ensuring they remain actionable
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques across all disciplines the company hires for
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Monitor the HR department's budget
• Create and run referral bonus programs to turn the workforce into a sourcing channel
• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software, including HRIS and ATS platforms
• Own policy compliance end-to-end: ensure rules are fair, clearly communicated, and consistently applied

What you bring

• Full-cycle recruiting familiarity across technical and non-technical disciplines
• Experience in HR policy development and compliance application
• Demonstrated ability to implement performance review programs in quarterly, annual, and 360-degree formats
• Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
• Training needs assessment and L&D coordination skills
• Budget monitoring experience for HR functions
• Experience designing and operating referral programs
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms (such as Keka or Zoho People) and applicant tracking systems
• Working knowledge of labor legislation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with personnel and compensation data
• Communication skills that make policy understood rather than merely published
