HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Dapper, you'll develop your people-first, growth-focused mindset while gaining real experience in HR at a fast-growing company. You'll attract great people, create smooth onboarding experiences, and help build an environment where everyone can do their best work. You'll build relationships with potential colleagues throughout recruitment and support new hires in their first weeks, while contributing to culture and day-to-day People Operations.

What you'll do

• Support the recruitment process and build relationships with potential future colleagues
• Help ensure new hires have everything they need to get off to a great start
• Contribute to onboarding and employee experience initiatives
• Support day-to-day People Operations and culture-building activities

What you bring

• Current student registration for the duration of the internship
• Based in the Netherlands
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Available full-time to work in the office for 5 to 6 months
• Available to start between October and November
• Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
• Proactive, driven, and eager to learn
