Human Resource Manager

As a Human Resource Manager at CryptoMize, you own the strategic approach to managing the company's people function. You supervise the hiring process end to end, connect executives with employees, build the employer brand, improve engagement, and drive the strategic talent plans the organization staffs against. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at the New Delhi HQ, with immediate joining available.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department, with the coordinator bench, recruiters, and executives reporting into this role
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations across the organization, and maintain the review calendar
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, ensuring due process, documentation, and dignity
• Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs, and align development spend with organizational direction
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics including hiring velocity, retention, engagement, and training outcomes
• Lead offer and compensation negotiation for roles you own, weighing factors case by case
• Manage employee records across the HRMS portal and hard files, keeping both audit-ready at all times
• Suggest and design HR policies in favor of the organization, ensuring fair rules, clear writing, and consistent application
• Engage in payroll management and salary administration with the finance function, reconciling the people ledger and money ledger
• Manage job portals and hiring channels as the storefronts through which the organization meets its workforce
• Build the employer brand and improve employee engagement programs

What you bring

• HR department leadership experience, with workflow oversight across coordinators, recruiters, and executives
• Demonstrated skill in performance evaluation, discipline and termination handling, and training program management
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as Keka or Zoho People, payroll administration suites, applicant tracking systems, and Excel for workforce and metrics analytics
• Experience in strategic talent resource planning
• Ability to build and manage HR policy design and implementation
• Track record in employer brand building and employee engagement programs
