India Growth Manager (crypto / remote)

As an India Growth Manager at Tangem, you take ownership of the company's growth and commercial development in India. You own the India growth plan, priorities and KPIs, and drive measurable sales and user acquisition across distribution channels, partnerships and affiliate networks. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role where you identify opportunities, reach out to the right people, launch tests, measure results and iterate without needing significant direction.

What you'll do

• Own Tangem's India growth plan, priorities and KPIs
• Identify and develop channels that drive wallet sales and user acquisition in India
• Build and grow the affiliate network, including identifying, recruiting, activating and managing affiliates
• Develop relationships with KOLs, creators, crypto communities and local partners that generate measurable acquisition
• Work with existing marketplace and distribution partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand reach
• Identify new B2B, distribution and strategic partnership opportunities and take them from initial outreach through execution
• Develop and test local growth campaigns, promotions and partnerships within available budgets
• Represent Tangem within the Indian crypto and Web3 ecosystem through relevant events, communities and industry relationships
• Track sales, acquisition and channel performance, understand what is working and reallocate effort accordingly
• Work closely with global teams while independently driving day-to-day execution in India

What you bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth, business development, partnerships, sales or market expansion
• A strong understanding of the Indian crypto and Web3 ecosystem and its key communities, creators, companies and distribution channels
• Experience building partnerships, affiliate programs, KOL networks or other acquisition channels
• A commercial mindset: you think in terms of sales, users, conversion and ROI, not just reach and engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you are comfortable with outreach and business development, and you don't wait for opportunities to come to you
• You are highly organised, accountable and able to work independently

Nice to have

• An existing network across the Indian crypto and Web3 space
• Experience with hardware wallets, exchanges, DeFi or other crypto products
• Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces and local distribution
• Experience running affiliate or creator programs
• Existing relationships with Indian crypto KOLs, communities or media
